| EFT is a Tool that helps to clear away all (false) myths; stories that have hurt us; lies; fears; and doubts. It can work to deal with issues from the past, and also help with issues in the present moment. EFT can be used in situations of immediate pain, like a bee sting or an abscessed tooth. It can also help to get rid of the negative self-talk that can keep us from realizing our dreams--so, we can use EFT for our future. EFT is working with your energy system, your meridian points, these are the areas acupuncturist use (except no needles are involved, just tapping with your fingertips) It’s also something like therapy except no pain and a whole lot faster and inexpensive. This common sense approach draws its power from (1) time-honored Eastern discoveries that have been around for over 5,000 years and (2) Albert Einstein, who told us back in the 1920's that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy. These ideas have been largely ignored by Western healing practices and that is why EFT often works where nothing else will. |

does seem to be times when it's easier for someone with training
to help get to core issues and release them, but there are many
things you can do on your own with guidance. After just a couple
of sessions you may not need me anymore, I'll have given you enough
to work on your issues yourself. What a Fabulous Tool this is for
