How to Adjust to the new Higher Vibrational Energies


Everywhere, I am hearing of the uncomfortable reaction to the new energy shifts that are going on. Waking up feeling out of sorts. No reason for aches and pains, fatigue. Anyhow I had a client come to me with this and because he already knew what is was from. We did a session on are bodies ability to adjust to this. So I thought you’d like to know this too. My client came in in a depressed mood and left awake and happy.

If unfamiliar with EFT please go to direction page and click on the direction page for your tapping points. This is fun and very easy.

Note: We are energy bodies and it is very important to drink water before you do this. Also even though this seems long it really is very fast Steps 1 through steps 4 in 2 minutes.



1. Starting at: the Karate Chop Point.
Using all four fingers of either hand tap firmly about seven or more times while saying each phrase:

Even though I am feeling (name what it is) example: Even though I am feeling very down today and scattered, I believe it is from the higher energies that have been hitting me, and my body trying to adjust, I thoroughly and completely love and accept myself and these wonderful energies and higher vibrations. I know the reason for them and I love and accept them.
(use your own wording this is fine, just make sure you are identifying what is going on)
Do this three times on Karate Chop Point.

Now take a deep breath


2. STEP 2: TAP the stress-relief POINTS as shown below. As you tap on each point several times in sequence, state " feeling down and fatigued"

EYEBROW (EB)
SIDE OF EYE (SE)
UNDER EYE (UE)
UNDER NOSE (UN)
CHIN (CH)
COLLARBONE (CB)
UNDERARM (UA)
HEAD (H)



Now take a deep breath


STEP 3: Rate your Symptoms.
Now think about how you feel, and rate how you feel now on the 0-10 point scale ("10" means you really feel awful, while "0" means Symptoms are gone). If you still feel Depressed, Achy or whatever the symptoms are continue to step 4.

STEP 4: Perform Step 1 again.
Now you are ready to do a few more rounds of tapping on the issue if there is still some discomfort associated with it. You can continue tapping until you feel completely better. Revise your Statement to reflect the fact that you have indeed taken care of some of the what is wrong, but there is still more to work on.

Example: While tapping the Karate Chop area say...
Even though " I still feel down and fatigued" for known or unknown reasons, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Even though " I still feel down and fatigued", I choose to move on to a greater future I deeply and completely love and accept myself."


Now take a deep breath

TAP the stress-relief POINTS as shown below. As you tap on each point several times in sequence, state " I still feel down and fatigued"

SIDE OF EYE (SE)
UNDER EYE (UE)
UNDER NOSE (UN)
CHIN (CH)
COLLARBONE (CB)
UNDERARM (UA)
HEAD (H)
Now take a deep breath

Rate your anxiety or stress again.
Now think about how you feel now on the 0-10 point scale ("10" means you really feel awful , while "0" means it is gonel). If you still feel bad, continue to step 4 again using the rate number you gave your anxiety.

Example you rated yourself to be a 4 level then:

Even though I am at a 4 level of my " feeling down and fatigued" for known or unknown reasons, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Make these changes and follow the steps though making sure you take deep breaths in between.


Now take a deep breath

Now for tapping in Affirmations:

Tap several times at each meridian point

Tapping in affirmations is quite powerful and great to do daily:

Change the words to fit what resonates with you.

Here are some to start you off.

One round or more of Affirmations Tapping on all spots saying what is written in underlined place below.

(eyebrow) my body is handling the influx of higher energy very well

(side of eye) my body excepts this new higher vibration with ease

(under eye) my body is awesome in it’s ability to adjust to the higher frequency energy

(under nose) I am grateful that my body is adjusting to the new vibrations

(chin) my body is handling the influx of higher energy very well

(by collarbone) my body excepts this new higher vibration with ease

(under arm) I am grateful that my body is adjusting to the new vibrations

(head) my body is at ease with the new higher vibrations


Note: Do a round twice a day. It only takes a couple of minutes.

Hint: do this in front of a mirror it is an awesome feeling!
