Letting Go and Forgiveness

Forgiveness Easy to Say Hard To DO

So someone has abused you and hurt you in an aweful way. How do you really forgive that person? That person that seems to be evil personified.
Well know this, if you don’t forgive that person it only hurts you not them. And forgiving does not mean you condone what they did.

So here’s a thought, if god is pure unconditional love, then god sees everyone and everything with pure love. So even though that person is evil did evil in this lifetime, they are still divine beings the same as you, some say they came forth to pay back Karma (something you did in a previous life that pay back for it has come to you.)

Others say that you vibrated and made this happen yourself, We bring about things that happen to us by our thoughts, and just maybe also by your mothers thoughts. So it has been proven that our thoughts bring us what we have, makes up our own reality. So would a child think something like being molested? Maybe think about it, say you have a mother that was molested and she is constantly warning you to stay away from men for you’ll get hurt, or she could be carrying that trauma that happened to her while she was carrying you (remember she didn’t know how to clear away her own issues and blockages) so the baby picks up that vibration and carries it, subconsciously. (So a good tapping session might be to disconnect the from the vibration of your mother.)

So how do we forgive, well lets start by tapping on it.

This is a Powerful process to do and do often until we feel it is complete!

 


EFT connects our mind and body and restores the energy flow.
Based on that and the fact that EFT in my own opinion is such a powerful tool and can be used on anything I am initiating this process to help deepen our success for FORGIVENESS and THE LETTING GO of LIMITING BELIVES that we have accumulated through out this life and past lives.


Note: We are energy bodies and it is very important to drink water before you do this. Also even though this seems long it really is very fast Steps 1 through steps 4 in 2 minutes.


Letting Go
1. Starting at: the Karate Chop Point.
Using all four fingers of either hand tap firmly about seven or more times while saying each phrase:
Even though I am afraid to let go for known or unknown reasons, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Even though letting go makes me feel unsafe I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Even though I have to move out of my comfort zone to let go, I choose to move on to a greater future I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Now take a deep breath


2. STEP 2: TAP the stress-relief POINTS as shown below. As you tap on each point several times in sequence, state " I am afraid to let go"

SIDE OF EYE (SE)
UNDER EYE (UE)
UNDER NOSE (UN)
CHIN (CH)
COLLARBONE (CB)
UNDERARM (UA)
HEAD (H)



Now take a deep breath


STEP 3: Rate your anxiety or stress again.
Now think about the feeling of letting go, and rate how uncomfortable you feel about it now on the 0-10 point scale ("10" means you really feel awful about it, while "0" means it doesn’t bother you at all). If you still have doubts about your ability to let go, continue to step 4.

STEP 4: Perform Step 1 again.
Now you are ready to do a few more rounds of tapping on the issue if there is still some discomfort associated with it. You can continue tapping until you feel no anxiety whatsoever. Revise your Affirmation Statement to reflect the fact that you have indeed taken care of some of the anxiety, but there is still more to work on.

Example: While tapping the Karate Chop area say...
Even though I am still afraid to let go for known or unknown reasons, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Even though letting go still makes me feel unsafe I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Even though I still worry about moving out of my comfort zone to let go, I choose to move on to a greater future I deeply and completely love and accept myself."


Now take a deep breath

TAP the stress-relief POINTS as shown below. As you tap on each point several times in sequence, state " I am still afraid to let go "

CHIN (CH)

Now take a deep breath

Rate your anxiety or stress again.
Now think about the feeling of letting go, and rate how uncomfortable you feel about it now on the 0-10 point scale ("10" means you really feel awful about it, while "0" means it doesn’t bother you at all). If you still have doubts about your ability to let go, continue to step 4 again using the rate number you gave your anxiety.

Example you rated yourself to be a 4 level then:

Even though I am at a 4 level of my fear to let go for known or unknown reasons, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Make these changes and follow the steps though making sure you take deep breaths in between.


Next we will do forgiveness……..

FORGIVENESS


1. Starting at: the Karate Chop Point.

Even though forgiving makes me feel like I am condoning what was done, I choose to understand that forgiving, does not mean condoning. I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Even though I am afraid to forgive because forgiving means excepting responsibility for all that has happened, I choose to understand that I made my own reality I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Now take a deep breath

2. STEP 2: TAP the stress-relief POINTS as shown below. As you tap on each point several times in sequence, state " I am afraid to forgive"

UNDER EYE (UE)
UNDER NOSE (UN)
CHIN (CH)
COLLARBONE (CB)
UNDERARM (UA)
HEAD (H)

Now take a deep breath


STEP 3: Rate your anxiety or stress again.
Now think about the feeling forgiveness, and rate how uncomfortable you feel about it now on the 0-10 point scale ("10" means you really feel awful about it, while "0" means it doesn’t bother you at all). If you still have doubts about your ability to forgive, continue to step 4.

STEP 4: Perform Step 1 again.
Now you are ready to do a few more rounds of tapping on the issue if there is still some discomfort associated with it. You can continue tapping until you feel no anxiety whatsoever. Revise your Affirmation Statement to reflect the fact that you have indeed taken care of some of the anxiety, but there is still more to work on.

Example:Tappin on the Karate Chop say
Even though I am still unable to forgive someone (or something) For known or unknown reasons, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Even though forgiving still makes me feel like I am condoning what was done “I choose to understand that forgiving, does not mean condoning, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."


Even though I am still afraid to forgive because forgiving means excepting responsibility for all that has happened, I choose to understand that I made my own reality I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Rate your anxiety or stress again.
Now think about the feeling of forgiveness, and rate how uncomfortable you feel about it now on the 0-10 point scale ("10" means you really feel awful about it, while "0" means it doesn’t bother you at all). If you still have doubts about your ability forgive, continue to step 4 again using the rate number you gave your anxiety.

Example you rated yourself to be a 4 level then:

Even though I am at a 4 level of my fear to forgive for known or unknown reasons, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
Make these changes and follow the steps though making sure you take deep breaths in between.
