I am sure you have all heard of Dr. Masaru Emoto, who has been conducting experiments with water. The results are miraculous.
From Mr. Emoto's work we are provided with factual evidence, that human vibrational energy, thoughts, words, ideas and music, affect the molecular structure of water, the very same water that comprises over seventy percent of a mature human body and covers the same amount of our planet. Water is the very source of all life on this planet, the quality and integrity are vitally important to all forms of life. The body is very much like a sponge and is composed of trillions of chambers called cells that hold liquid. The quality of our life is directly connected to the quality of our water.
Music played to water changes its structure and vibration,
After seeing water react to different environmental conditions, pollution and music, Mr. Emoto and colleagues decided to see how thoughts and words affected the formation of untreated, distilled, water crystals, using words typed onto paper by a word processor and taped on glass bottles overnight. The same procedure was performed using the names of deceased persons. The waters were then frozen and photographed.

Masaru Emotos extraordinary work is an awesome display, and powerful tool, that can change our perceptions of ourselves and the world we live in, forever. We now have profound evidence that we can positively heal and transform our planet and ourselves by the thoughts we choose to think and the ways in which we put those thoughts into.
So here’s the thing other then what we do know and I am sure use, and that is keeping our thoughts and words in the positive.

What else can we do?

I have been for many; many months now writing I love you on my water bottles. I never fail to do this. They say it takes 24 hours for the waters structure and vibration to change. So when I bring into my home a case of water, I say a blessing over it and I write on each bottle in non-toxic Permanent marker. I draw a heart on it and I write the words I love you. What’s really fun about this is when you are out and about (I always carry my water with me) sometimes someone sees the message and asks about it. What a great way to get the word out!

Side note: I live in an area where if I try to filter the water from my tap it still tastes awful so I have no choice but to buy bottled water, I always buy spring water, it has more life in it.
So there was one easy thing you can do, but I have another.................

It’s called imprinting. Our bodies are somewhere between 70 and 90% water. So there exist the opportunity to imprint your body as well, which will allow the wearer to expose the water within the body to the high energetic frequency of positive words and affirmations. You can buy these words or do what I do and just use a non-toxic pen or marker and write on your body. It is said to do this where your charkas are. Mainly The Heart Chakra (Chest, sides and back). This is the most powerful chakra and the seat of love. And…The Sacral Chakra (Abdomen, sides and lower back). This is the chakra of creation, relationships and manifestation of what is desired.

Every cell will imprint and resonate with the essence of these affirmation words.
